We are not only specialist planners for plant engineering; we have developed many of the processes that represent the current state of the art ourselves - starting with machine-technical details, such as wrap protection for drum screening machines (1988), plant sections (e.g., first plastic types sorting module, 1999) to complete processes (e.g., KAKTUS-SORTEC process or the latest generation of complex lightweight packaging (LVP) large-scale plants). (Almost) nowhere is HTP's name written on any parts, but (almost) everywhere is HTP process technology involved.
But not only procedurally do our new designs show our unmistakable signature; we also know the importance of implementation details for a truly successful implementation - especially with the complex raw material “waste”.
Since our first plant design in 1993, we have maintained the principle that site planning right up to steel construction is designed by our process engineers. This guarantees the functionality and flexibility with a high degree of operational safety as well as the maintainability of our systems over their entire useful life.
